How it works
Share make, model, quantity, and condition per device. Photos or a short video help but are not required at this stage.

Common questions
How is this different from returning devices at the end of a Grenke or OEM lease?
Lease returns close out a contract with the leasing company that owns the hardware. Our buyback program is for devices your company already owns outright — we assess them, issue a credit, and apply that credit against a new JD Tech Rentals DaaS subscription. It's a trade-in, not a lease close-out.
How do rental credits work and do they ever expire?
Credits are applied as a monthly deduction against your JD Tech Rentals rental invoice. Credits carry forward indefinitely and do not expire. Any credits still remaining at the end of your rental engagement are paid back to you in cash.
Do you collect nationwide, or only from certain German cities?
Collection is nationwide by courier — Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and anywhere else in Germany, on the same terms. Submit your inventory and we confirm a credit estimate and collection schedule within one business day.
Is there a credit path for our existing hardware, or do we start from zero?
