Software Bundles & Imaging in Oman, Configured Before Delivery

For teams operating out of Muscat, we build your OS image and dev stack once and ship every rented device pre-enrolled in your MDM, so onboarding stops depending on an IT technician's free afternoon.

What "Software Bundles & Imaging" actually covers

Custom image profiles, per client

Every client gets a defined build, not a generic laptop. Windows 11 Pro with your domain join and group policies, Ubuntu or Fedora dual-boot for engineering teams, or a MERN/Python/Docker dev stack with your repos pre-cloned. The profile is documented once and stamped onto every unit that ships under your account.

MDM enrollment before dispatch

Devices are enrolled in your MDM — Intune, Jamf, or Google Workspace — inside our imaging lab, not after they land on a desk. Compliance policies, VPN profiles, and app allowlists are live from first boot.

One standard across a mixed-brand fleet

We normalize driver sets, BIOS settings, and app baselines across Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple hardware so a hire on a Lenovo and a developer on a Dell open the same desktop, the same shortcuts, the same login flow.

Re-imaging on standard updates

When your standard image changes — a new required app, a tightened policy, an OS point release — we re-image at the batch level. Devices already deployed keep running; only new units and returns-for-swap pick up the updated build.

Why imaging once per profile beats imaging once per device

New hardware onboarding is one of the most predictable time sinks in IT operations. Unboxing, OS setup, driver updates, MDM enrollment, VPN configuration, dev tool installs, license activation — a competent technician can burn two to four hours getting a single laptop from box to "ready for work." That number does not shrink as headcount grows. At 50 seats it is a rounding error nobody tracks. At 200 seats, spread across onboarding waves all year, it is a part-time job that somebody on your team is doing instead of the work you hired them for.

Our imaging lab absorbs that labor once per image profile, not once per device. We build and test the Windows 11 Pro image, the Linux dual-boot image, the MERN stack image — a single time — then every unit that ships against that profile is flashed from the validated master, with MDM enrollment and compliance checks baked into the same pass. When you update the standard, we rebuild the master image once and route it into the next batch of dispatches and swap-outs. Devices already in the field are untouched; the update rolls out at the natural cadence of new hires and refresh cycles rather than as a forced re-touch of your entire fleet.

Common questions

Can you match our exact current software image?

Yes. Send us your current build — OS version, app list, MDM policy, VPN and proxy settings, driver requirements — and we replicate it as a validated master image before the first unit ships. If you don't have a documented image yet, we'll help you define one from your current fleet.

What if we change our standard image mid-contract?

You send us the change — a new app, an updated policy, an OS point release — and we rebuild the master. The updated image applies to new dispatches and units returned for the 48-hour swap; devices already deployed and working keep running on the existing build until they're naturally cycled.

Do you support Mac and Windows in the same fleet?

Yes. We maintain separate master images per platform and enroll each in your MDM of choice — Jamf or a Mac-capable MDM for macOS, Intune or equivalent for Windows — so a mixed fleet still lands on a single set of compliance policies and app baselines, just split by OS.
